Winter Only option located in Almont. Single and multiple occupancy cabins located riverside with a quick walk to the bus stop. Mid November to May 1st lease. The Econolodge, The Water Wheel Inn, ABC Motel, and The Sherpa Inn are all great properties that could serve as seasonal options.

The Gunnison Country Times, www.gunnisontimes.com, is Gunnison’s weekly paper that prints on Thursdays. Full classifieds can be viewed online. *TIP* these websites update on the day the paper prints so for the most up to date availabilities search their website on the day of print.
The Craigslist sites Western Slope and High Rockies are also great options for finding long term rentals but be sure to search the below towns and zip codes to be sure your rental property is located within a reasonable distance.
