The initial match is 3.5% for eligible employees. The match increases to 4.5% for eligible employees who have completed 15 years of service with 23,400 service hours.

Whistler Blackcomb believes that vacation time away from work is essential to leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle. To that end, we require employees to take their annual vacation. It is our intention to balance out the timing needs of the organization and your annual vacation plans.
Whistler Blackcomb’s vacation accrual formula provides greater time away from work than prescribed under the Employment Standards Act; however, the Act still requires that employers ensure employees are taking their annual vacation each year. As a result, employees who do not take their annual vacation will have their vacation time dictated by their Manager.
Vail Resorts Hospitality offers eligible employees discounted lodging rates at our Rock resort Locations. Discounted lodging rates can be reserved by all active employees on a space available basis. Discount restrictions may apply during our busiest times such as the Christmas/New Year’s and other peak periods.
Employees will be able to receive up to their 50% discount at Vail resorts owned restaurants (can vary by location and during designated peak times). Employees may also receive 10-25% off at all Vail Resorts owned Starbucks locations with a valid ID.
