Job Summary: 

The experience of a lifetime begins with us! In a nutshell, we set guests up for a great time here at Park City Mountain. Come join an awesome team for the upcoming winter ski season.

Job Specifications:  

• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.39 / hour 

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full & Part Time, Weekends and Holidays 

• Skill Level: Entry 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Accurately book ski school lessons, lift tickets, season passes, and winter activities.

• Professionally resolve and follow through with any guest inquiries, including any returns or refunds.

• Comfortable in a high-energy environment.

• Savvy with a computer and telephone.

• Be organized, accountable, responsible, and proficient with time-management.

• Promote and embrace our Mission and Core Values

•  Be available on holidays and weekends.

• Be passionate about serving others.

• Commitment to working the entire winter season (through April 2023).

• Have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality

• Be a clear and effective communicator (verbal & written).

• Remain cool under pressure.

• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements: 

• Previous customer service experience – preferred

• Proficient typing skills – required

• High school diploma or equivalent – required

• Must be 18 years of age or older – required

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $23.39. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
