Job Summary:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences? Join our Transportation Team as a Shuttle Driver, where safety, service, and reliability are at the center of everything we do. As a Shuttle Driver, you will operate company vehicles on designated routes, respond to transportation requests, and ensure every trip is completed safely and professionally. No CDL is required to apply.

 

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $25.20/hr  
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027  
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  
  • Housing Availability: No 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport guests and employees to designated locations.
  • Operate shuttle vehicles along scheduled routes and support unscheduled pick-up and drop-off requests.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
  • Fuel, clean, and maintain assigned vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company safety standards.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to obtain a CA or NV CDL within 30 days of employment.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous driving, transportation, hospitality, or tourism experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle.
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.

 

The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
