Job Summary:
Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and here at Vous there is no exception. In this position you will help cultivate a culture of an experience of a lifetime by leading our team to pride an excellent experience for our guests by providing prompt service, quality beverages & products and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Vous is our new morning offerings location in the Northstar Village, in the afternoon we will turn into an après location where guest can enjoy snack boards and beverages! Vous – First Sip, Last Pour!

Expected Wage: $20.00 / hour + tips
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full & Part Time, Weekends and Holidays
Skill Level: Entry

Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Responsibilities:
Make connections with guests and co-workers
Share our passion for the mountains during service
Follow the leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout, and at the end of the workday
Contribute to the daily operational success of Vous by being present on the floor, and doing your part during opening and closing procedures
Ensure the safety of operations by participating in daily safety meetings
Complete barista training
Contribute to the store's comfortable and pleasurable environment by performing regular and thorough cleaning, stocking & organizational tasks
Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints providing timely resolutions
Being able to identify independently what tasks need to be completed and getting them done in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Customer service experience required
Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
A flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays required
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
ServSafe Certification or California Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment
California Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of employment
Preferred Skills:
The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
