Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:

• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow
• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Process work requests and work orders in MaintainX
• Follow through on part’s orders

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $21.47/hr - $26.29/hr
• Employment Type: Year Round  
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  
• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs customer service functions
• Creates and assigns work orders
• Provides information and assistance related to department services, activities, procedures, forms, or other issues
• Responds to questions and complaints
• Provides information regarding service times and progress
• Research problems; and initiates problem resolution.
• Candidate must have great computer and communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School, Some College
• Automotive background is very helpful

Preferred:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Windows, Outlook, Teams, Office and other programs needed.
• English

The expected pay range is $21.47/hr - $26.29/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
