Job Summary:

The Sr Coordinator for Ski and Ride School Admin is responsible for helping to coordinate hiring and onboarding needs for Keystone Ski and Ride School, while supporting administrative operations and daily workflow within the department.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $22.09/hr - $29.89/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Admins, Trainers, Leadership, HR, IT, and Hiring teams to support hiring needs, including creating job requisitions, posting roles, managing applicant flow, interviewing candidates, and extending offers or declines.
  • Help coordinate onboarding processes including paperwork, background checks, housing offers, start dates, staffing forecasts and arrival resources to ensure new hires are prepared.
  • Serve as a daily administrative resource by supporting staff and leadership, managing shared inboxes and communications, answering questions, and handling phones, email, document tracking, newsletters, staff website, scanning, filing, hardware inventory, tracking and in person locker room and office help.
  • Support pay-related processes including reporting, pay advice communication, paycheck distribution, corrections, punches, payroll audits, time off requests, pay changes and staff questions.
  • Maintain training and staff records by tracking certification changes, staff status changes, priority reporting, support instructor platforms, skills assessments, profile setup.
  • Assist Ski & Snowboard School locations including but not limited to Support Staff, Private Lessons, Training, Locker Rooms, Nordic etc with operational needs, including staff resource organization (nametags, locker rooms, inventory, ordering), report preparation, epic promise events, resort events and special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Two years experience in a Ski and Ride School
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal) with guests, staff, and leadership
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

 

Preferred:

  • PSIA/AASI certification
  • 1–3 years of Leadership experience within Keystone Ski & Snowboard School (Trainer, Team Lead or Supervisor)
  • Experience using Workday with administrative access
  • Working knowledge of systems such as ProConnect, Coupa, MyEmma, Squarespace
  • Experience planning and executing small to mid scale events
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Spanish language proficiency

 

The expected pay range is $22.09/hr - $29.89/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
