Job Summary:
Kindred Resort is seeking a Sales Manager to join our pre-opening team and lead group sales efforts for meetings, incentives, weddings, and special events. This dynamic role is responsible for identifying, soliciting, negotiating, and contracting group business while positioning Kindred as Colorado’s most exciting new luxury destination.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in shaping Kindred’s brand reputation within the meetings and events industry, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, crafting bespoke proposals, and contributing to a high-performing sales culture. You’ll work in close collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing and our revenue, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

The expected pay range is $68,545.70 - $80,000.00 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
