Job Summary:
We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. As a Restaurant Crew member, you’ll be part of a dynamic food & beverage team that brings warmth, energy, and connection to every shift. Whether you're setting up service stations, engaging with guests, or supporting your teammates, you’ll help create memorable dining moments in a fast-paced, mountain-inspired environment. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in multiple aspects of restaurant operations, with room to grow and learn in a supportive team culture.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr
  • Employment Type: Year Round

  • Minimum Age: At least 14 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests throughout their dining experience
  • Assist with restaurant setup, food and beverage displays, and maintaining clean workstations
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, greet guests, and bus tables as needed
  • Follow daily service guidelines and contribute to pre-shift meetings
  • Support team members and leadership in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Previous restaurant or guest service experience preferred
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual skills a plus
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holiday 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
