Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until June 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
Job Summary:
- Assist the OSP analysts with projects
- Locate OSP facilities through the Colorado 811 ticketing system
- This is a seasonal position that will report to Keystone and/or Breckenridge. The expected date range for employment is May 15th – Oct 15th
- May assist in Onsite Incident Management response to resolve outages & damages
- Other duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities:
Be Safe:
- Prioritize and ensure personal, coworker and guest safety in all aspects of your work.

- Provide tier one review and support of software/application issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Use the work ticket management system to manage start-to-finish work flow for support tickets in alignment with company metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Support the deployment, relocation, and re-installation of IT equipment in offices, outlets, special event sites, etc.
- Provide exceptional guest service supporting users and collaborating with coworkers, ensuring the Experience of a Lifetime.
Drive Value for the Company:
- Provide support for resort and remote-location sales points and peripherals.
- Provide end-user support of IT-approved technology, including workstations, peripherals, printers, telephones, time clocks, etc.
- Configure, track, maintain and properly dispose of IT approved technology, including workstations, point of sale systems, hand-held devices, peripherals, etc.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation, as assigned.
- Strive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT-specific training.
- Suggest and support implementation of new ideas for improving user support and the guest experience.

- Able to move 50 lbs (with assistance if needed).
- Should be able to work a schedule that can include weekends and holidays.
- Ability to ski or snowboard at intermediate level, or desire to learn.
- Valid US driver’s license.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $21.57 - $29.54. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
