Job Summary:

Our Overnight Operations Agent will be responsible for providing overnight coverage to guests and employees.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Housing: Yes
  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr
  • Employment Type: Seasonal
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
    • Overnight Thur-Sun
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comply with guest requests (both in person and on the telephone)
  • Provide dispatch to on call manager on duty as needed
  • Assist with late night guest check-in and delivery requests
  • Handle Employee and Guest Lockouts overnight
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area, restocking supplies as necessary
  • Communicates with other hotel departments/other departments effectively
  • Follows daily procedures, accurately completes all daily reports and knows all other properties, hotels, restaurants and services the resort offers.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent – Required
  • Valid US Driver’s License, Clean driving record and must be able to pass a Vail MVR – Required
  • Phone and computer skills – Required
  • Basic reading, spelling, and math skills – Required
  • Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people in English – Required
  • Ability to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy, and tact – Required
  • Ability to work well under pressure – Required
  • Previous hotel/hospitality experience – Preferred

 

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
