Job Summary:

We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Kindred Resort is a visionary development with a mission to be the most welcoming luxury hospitality experience through extreme kindness and active excellence. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. As a Night Auditor, you play a critical role in both the guest experience and the daily financial operations of the resort. During overnight hours, you serve as the primary point of contact for guests while ensuring all daily transactions are accurately balanced and reported. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing exceptional service while keeping operations running smoothly.

 

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr  

  • Employment Type: Year Round  

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available 

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  

  • Housing Availability: Yes 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during overnight hours with warmth and professionalism
  • Process late arrivals, early departures, and guest requests efficiently
  • Reconcile daily revenue, balance front office transactions, and process all guest charges
  • Review reports, paperwork, and financial records for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and distribute daily audit and financial reports
  • Monitor room inventory and update reservations as needed
  • Respond to guest inquiries, service requests, and emergency situations
  • Deliver amenities and provide basic guest services as needed
  • Conduct routine property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and identify maintenance concerns
  • Communicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Support resort operations and perform additional duties as assigned, including valet services when needed

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
  • Previous front desk, hospitality, accounting, or audit experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license preferred for valet and operational support responsibilities

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
