Job Summary:
Keystone Property Management is the premier property management company in Keystone, Colorado, providing on site management services to homeowner associations, individual homeowners and guests of our resort.  The properties and guests we serve span over 50 different buildings across Keystone, making for a dynamic, fast-paced and fun work environment.

The Team Lead Guest Service Specialist travels around the resort executing a variety of duties including morning Manager on Duty responsibilities for the department.  These duties vary depending on the needs of our guests and team members on any day, and range from delivery of welcome amenities, light maintenance duties, assisting a guest with a lockout or luggage delivery, dispatching work to the rest of the team, and providing advice and guidance to Guest Service technicians to simply.  There are ample opportunities to interact directly with our owners and resort guests, having a lasting impact upon their vacation experience.  

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $22.26/hr - $27.83/hr
  • Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to homeowner associations, homeowners, guests, and team members.
  • Train and coach, the Lodging Operations Day Operations Team.
  • Assist in leading stand-up meetings to ensure that the team is prepared for daily workload demands.
  • Provide oversight and direction on work prioritization for the Day Operations Team.
  • Assist with Lodging Operations Billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support management of the Lodging Operations Fleet of Vehicles, including usage and accountability.
  • Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with company policies.
  • Complete basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Complete guest and owner requests, including lockouts, deliveries, service orders, and porterage.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Front Desk and Contact Center operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent - Required
  • Proficiency working with computer and phone applications and systems – Required
  • Basic reading, spelling, and math skills – Required
  • Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people in English – Required
  • Ability to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy, and tact – Required
  • Valid US Driver’s License, Clean driving record and must be able to pass a Vail MVR – Required
  • Ability to work well under pressure – Required
  • Previous hotel/hospitality experience – Preferred

 

The expected pay range is $22.26/hr - $27.83/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
