Join the team at Kindred Resort, a luxury property at the base of Keystone Resort, where kindness and excellence shape every guest experience. As a Bartender, you’ll craft cocktails, serve wine and beer, and create memorable moments for guests in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages with precision and warmth, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. This role supports the resort’s mission of connection and elevated hospitality through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar throughout the shift
• Engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Support team operations and assist with inventory and restocking
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Previous bartending experience required
• Desire to learn and grow in a luxury hospitality setting
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
The expected pay range is $11.79/hr -$13.33/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
