WINTER
Temperatures can vary but average temperatures during the winter months will fluctuate between  15ºF - 28ºF.

  • We do offer retail discounts to employees but do come prepared with a good pair of winter gloves, boots, hats and warm layers!

SUMMER
Temperatures can vary but average temperatures during the summer months but average temperatures are mid to low 50ºF to highs of 75ºF and above.

At Keystone, skiing and snowboarding is just the beginning. From ice skating to Nordic skiing, snowmobiling to scenic gondola rides, wine tasting to tubing, or snowshoeing to sleigh rides, there’s something for everyone at Keystone. Additionally, the town of Dillion, CO is located 6 miles away from Keystone resort, opening up an entire world of shopping, bars, pubs, concerts at the Dillion Amphitheater and Lake Dillon, where you can boat, kayak, stand-up paddle-board and other water sports.

Where is Keystone located?

  • Keystone is located an hour and a half west from the Denver International Airport with easy access from I-70. 

Where Am I going? How Do I Get There?

  • From Denver International Airport (DEN): Keystone is 101 miles from Denver International Airport. Take Interstate 70 west to exit 205. Continue east on HWY 6 to Keystone.
  • From Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE): Keystone is approximately 75 miles from Eagle Airport. Take Interstate 70 east to Silverthorne (exit 205). Turn right onto HWY 6 and go 10 miles to Keystone.
  • The easiest way to get from DIA to Keystone is by shuttle – try http://www.coloradomountainexpress.com. As a Vail Resorts employee you receive 50% off. Please speak with your manager for more information.

Once I Am There, How Will I Get To Work?

  • Keystone has employee parking available at both base areas. Don’t have a car? No need to worry. We have an excellent free bus system that runs throughout the day to get you to and home from work on time. Check out keystone transportation or Summit-Stage for more information on the public bus routes.

What Will I Need To Wear For Working?

  • For the majority of the jobs here, Keystone will equip you with a uniform complete with snow pants, a soft shell and ski jacket, and a beanie. Certain pants or shoes may be required for certain positions and your manager will inform you upon hire. Skiing & riding positions require you to provide your own ski/snowboard equipment.

Does Keystone Do Direct Deposit?

  • Yes! Here at Keystone Resort you can have your paychecks directly deposited into your bank account. No more bank lines! Just bring a voided check into HR and your check will be deposited within 4 weeks.

  • One form of identification that establishes both identity and employment eligibility (i.e., U.S. Passport, Certificate of Naturalization, Permanent Resident Card, etc.). Original documents only.
