COMMUNITY HOUSING

Many of our employees choose to live outside of employee housing. There is a free public bus service that runs through Summit County and provides easy transportation to Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Blue River. Because of our unique mountain location – locating housing can be challenging. As a general rule expect to pay $600 - $1000 per person a month for rent. It is common to have to pay the first month's rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit upon signing. There are a number of resources available to help you find housing. Our local newspaper, the Summit Daily, has houses and apartments for rent listed in their classified advertisement section. Go to http://www.summitdaily.com/ and click on classifieds. Another resource to use is https://rockies.craigslist.org/ – select ‘High Rockies’ under Colorado and search under the housing tab.
