Job Summary:

Management of restaurant operations inclusive of culinary and service aspects. Works to provide the best possible guest culinary experience within the restaurant facility. Responsible for delivery of high quality food and beverage products as well as proper service. Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of facilities through properly developed HAACP procedures, duty rosters, staff training and supervision. Assist General Manager in daily managerial tasks of both Umbrella Bar and concessions.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Managerially responsible for the production and service of a high quality, food and beverage product
  • Maintain clean and sanitary outlets through proper HAACP procedures
  • Promote positive professional culinary culture throughout the resort
  • Ensure culinary prep is on track, manage concession employees, assist GM in management of Umbrella Bar
  • Assist GM with inventory, food and alcohol order placement, various other ordering
  • Manage high volume concession stand during high season with composure
  • Willingness to be an equal part of the entire Umbrella Bar, including but not limited to: light cooking, bartending, barbacking, general cleaning, register cashier, bussing, food prep
  • Cash handling, opening and closing financial duties


Job Requirements:

  • Some college preferred
  • Management experience preferred
  • BOH intermediate cook experience preferred (servsafe regulations, temperate logs, light cooking, prep, general knowledge of a kitchen)
  • Familiar with Windows Office, Infogenesis, Sysco, Coupa a plus
  • Previous work experience totaling at least 5 years in F&B- both FOH and BOH acceptable
  • 3 years F&B management preferred
  • Must be able to work holidays, evening, and weekends.
  • Completion of background check required
  • Servsafe/TIPS certification required (can be completed after hiring)
  • Personal transporation, must be able to get to on-mountain outlet in Summer
