Applications are still being accepted in anticipation of opening our resorts for the summer season, contingent on our ability to resume operations.

 

Job Summary:

CBMR Owns and operates seven different culinary outlets both on mountain and in the base area. We are looking for individuals that are interested in developing their skills under our highly experienced Resort Executive Chef and gain diverse experience by working in different kitchens from American Fast Casual, to Bistro Chic, to Five Course French Inspired Luxury Dining!

Works to provide the best possible guest culinary experience within the F&B facilities. Assists the restaurant chef, sous chef, and supervisor in maintenance of recipes, recipe costings, product implementation and delivery. Delivers a high quality F& B product and helps to provide proper service to FOH staff and guests. Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of work station and outlet facilities. Works to develop a positive public image of all resort F&B facilities. Other duties may be required.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • The production of a high quality, healthy, food and beverage product.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and restaurant; follow proper HAACP procedures.
  • Assist in recipe adherence and proper production procedures.
  • Promote positive professional culinary culture throughout our F&B outlets and the Resort.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all established safe practices.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Serv Safe certification preferred.
  • Some conversational Spanish preferred.
  • *Some culinary outlets require Intermediate Skiing/ Snowboarding ability.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to learn and develop as a culinary professional.
