Job Summary:

Are you passionate about creating magical moments for young children in a vibrant outdoor setting? Join our team as a Camp CB Counselor and be instrumental in providing a safe, nurturing, and fun-filled experience for children aged 5-8. At Camp CB, we believe in fostering creativity, exploration, and joy in every camper's journey.


Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.35

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time 

  • Level: Entry 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and high-quality care for children 5 to 8 years old.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment in compliance with childcare regulations and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers regarding children's care, activities, and any concerns.
  • Lead and facilitate various age-appropriate activities such as art, storytelling, games, and outdoor play.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the childcare facility.
  • Other duties as assigned 


Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds frequently throughout the day, including carrying children during playtime or in daycare settings.


Additional requirements for hires under age 18:

  • Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate


The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.35. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
