Job Summary
As a Senior Software Development Manager on the Resort Application Development team, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams that develop custom software for critical and high-impact projects. These teams are responsible for internal APIs that provide core functionality to a variety of employee and guest-facing clients. The software stack primarily consists of .NET C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Angular and WPF. You will be responsible for guiding a group of high-performing software developers while ensuring business objectives are being met, working alongside other software development leaders and managers within the Resort Application Development team.
Candidates must bring experience with leading enterprise software development teams using an agile-based approach. Candidates must be strong producers of talent and foster a culture of transparency, innovation, and a sense of purpose among the team, while creating clear accountabilities to drive success.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $129,900 - $160,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
