Job Summary:
- This position will be a part of the central Maintenance team and will be responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancements, and the general oversight of our new Enterprise Asset Mangement (EAM) software. This role offers on the job training for qualified candidates and it will play an important role in delivering the Experience of a Lifetime for our employees!
- This position will share responsibility to implement and optimize the adoption and utilization of MaintainX across resort teams, and will participate in the roll out of key system features.
- This role will partner closely with various stakeholders, including central Maintenace Leadership, Resort Leadership Teams, including Resort GMs, Mountain Operations Leaders, and Maintenance Line of Business Leaders, and functional business partners.

Job Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in driving the development and successful implementation of new product focused on helping our users better manage their assets
- Experience with mission critical assets·
- Create and own all EAM program related content: toolkits, training materials, quick reference guides…etc.
- Stand-up and facilitate EAM office hours, training sessions, lunch and learns…etc.
- Manage user licenses and optimize user licensing for the enterprise
- Shape strategic roadmap and ensure delivery of high-quality results that meet the needs of our users and the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy for our emerging enterprise asset management
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Continuously prioritize features, enhancements, and updates based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
- Engage with key stakeholders and users to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into product development
- Build and nurture strong relationships with end users to drive successful product adoption
- Perform data & analytics deep dives in partnership with analytics teams to ensure reliability of datasets and accuracy of insights provided through the product
- Define and track key product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess product success, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic adjustment
- Manage vendor release process, including review and testing of new functionality; partner with business stakeholders to inform them of design changes/opportunities
- Maintain priorities, be accountable for own work and manage expectations
- Use standard techniques to elicit and document business requirements, effectively identify process inefficiencies and make suggestions for modifications
- Manage testing process and go-live readiness
- Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and other Business Technology Analysts on project work that may integrate between one or more applications
- Communicate recommendations to Sr. Management as needed to help address business concerns and mitigate risk.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science or 3-5 years job experience in relevant field
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attentive to detail, accuracy and committed to excellence and quality
- Experience working with APIs and system documentation
- Works autonomously, knowing when to escalate and seek support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with MaintainX or another Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system strongly preferred
- Experience working with custom APIs
- 3-5 years of EAM development and/or administration strongly preferred
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $92,397 - $110,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
