Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sr. Specialist, Social Media Boosting to lead the amplification of organic and influencer content across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. This role owns the end-to-end boosting process—from identifying high-performing brand and influencer content to executing paid amplification, managing pacing, refining audience strategy, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights—all in support of performance-driven decision-making and strategic storytelling.
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Organic Social Media Strategy & Analytics, this individual will also collaborate cross-functionally with platform partners, regional communications & social media teams, and Enterprise channel leads to ensure amplification efforts are aligned with business priorities and deliver\ measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities:
• Own the boosting strategy and day-to-day execution of organic and influencer content across Meta,TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Partner with organic social team to identify top-performing content for paid amplification
• Partner with Enterprise influencer team to execute paid amplification of content across Meta and TikTok for paid influencer programs
• Manage audience targeting, bidding, and budget pacing to maximize reach, engagement, and cost efficiency
• Ensure content boosting complies with platform policies, usage rights, and brand guidelines
• Develop and deliver regular performance reporting across business lines, including insights and optimization recommendations
• Continuously optimize boosting campaigns through A/B testing, creative and audience refinements, and timing strategies
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in both organic amplification and influencer boosting
• Collaborate with external vendors and platform partners (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Sprout Social) to improve tools and processes
• Document and maintain internal boosting guidelines, workflows, and performance benchmarks
• Streamline campaign setup and execution processes to increase efficiency and scale across content types
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on the value of amplification and key success drivers
• Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs while maintaining high executional standards
• Consistently seek professional development and feedback to grow as a subject matter expert
• Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
• BA or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including influencer content boosting
• Experience collaborating with influencer marketing teams and managing paid usage of creator content preferred Strong knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, pacing, bidding, and performance metrics
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting, data interpretation, and optimization
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and Sprout Social
• Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to translate performance insights across teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for social media, paid amplification, creator marketing, and performance storytelling
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
