Job Summary:
As the Senior Manager of Program Management, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting the VP of Operational Centers of Excellence (COEs) for the Mountain Division in areas such as Snow Surfaces, Patrol, Product Sales & Services, Maintenance, Operational Insights, Training and Change Management. This role requires a high-potential, driven leader who possesses self-initiative, ambition, learning agility, business acumen, and emotional intelligence. This position is responsible for executing multiple complex and iterative tracks of work that support the business and strategic outcomes of Operational COEs within the Mountain Division
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $107,222.17 - $145,023.62 + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with VP and COE leadership to advance top priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and decision points; recommend and implement mitigation strategies
- Analyze team capacity and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities
- Build trusted relationships and maintain discretion and confidentiality with senior leaders and key stakeholders
Executive Operations
- Establish and manage an operating cadence that supports effective planning, communication, and decision-making
- Plan, coordinate, and support leadership meetings and key business deliverables, ensuring clear objectives, preparation, and follow-through
- Manage tracking mechanisms and schedules to ensure efficient use of executive and COE time, and timely completion of commitments
- Track leadership decisions, action items, and deliverables; elevate risks and issues as appropriate
Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end program management activities including planning, resourcing, scope dependencies, risk, and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, success criteria, and timelines
- Identify execution gaps and roadblocks; propose and implement solutions to maintain momentum and outcomes
- Drive annual strategic and business planning for the function and support execution against plans
Communications & Reporting
- Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting and dashboards for leadership review and decision-making
- Lead program communications including status updates, risk and issue tracking, decision documentation, and presentations for audiences ranging from operational leaders to senior executives
- Partner with the VP and senior leaders to develop high-impact documents and presentations
- Facilitate leadership and program meetings, including agenda development, meeting notes, and action-item tracking
Additional Responsibilities
- travel to resorts as needed

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program and projects management for critical, cross-functional projects / programs and related communications
- Excellent self-management skills: organization, goal setting, time management, self-motivation, self-direction, naturally curious, reliable, and accountable
- The ability to anticipate business needs before requested. Be forward planning
- Ability to navigate multiple priorities and flex in ambiguous situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to efficiently draft written communication plans and related messages in a clear and
consistent voice
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, required
- Extremely Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, and project management tools such as Smartsheet
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $107,222.17 - $145,023.62 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
