Job Summary:

The Principal Analyst – Central Reporting will oversee the centralized reporting function of the company and lead the central reporting team. This instrumental role will partner with FP&A leaders to drive efficient process design and execution of reporting suite to serve enterprise, divisional as well as operational leaders financial reporting needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- This is a hands-on role that will manage the financial reporting configuration and maintenance leveraged to drive insights.
- In collaboration with Enterprise and Divisional FP&A teams, this hire will drive the development of:
- best-in-class reporting capabilities for enterprise and line-of-business reporting,
- automated dashboards for key performance indicators,
- daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to support C-Level executives, senior leadership teams, and Board of Director (BOD) presentations
- Understand complex financial systems, data, and infrastructure to operationalize and help govern the Company’s enterprise reporting library, ensuring high data integrity, reporting quality, and timeliness.
- Build strong operating governance, processes, tools, reports, and relationships to enable quick and proactive response times in a collaborative manner that contributes to the team’s high-performance culture.
- Communicate to key stakeholders regarding crucial deliverables and timelines for critical enterprise-wide processes that ensure alignment and clarity of specific objectives supporting CFO, EC, COO, and SLT decision-making.

Job Requirements:
- Outstanding academic credentials; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
- 5+ years, or 3+ years with a MBA, of experience in FP&A and/or project management.
- Experience in report design architecture, emphasizing user perspectives focused on crucial data that decision- makers can digest compellingly using industry-standard financial systems like Planful or similar reporting and planning tools.
- Expert in data visualization software (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) and can build advanced data dashboards that provide decision-makers with information efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in data preparation processes and creating workflows to extract and feed data to data visualization software is a plus (i.e., Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, etc.)
- Demonstrated aptitude and success in financial reporting, data management, process management, and use/development of financial reporting systems to drive efficiency.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
