Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of our digital services platform at Vail Resorts. This platform powers both the mobile and web front-ends that deliver seamless, personalized experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in modern service architectures and a passion for building high-performing teams.
As a key member of the Guest Experience Technology team, you will oversee agile engineering teams responsible for services built in both Node.js and .NET Core and hosted in the cloud. You will drive platform consistency, foster engineering excellence, and partner closely with product and architecture leaders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery. Your leadership will directly impact the performance, reliability, and innovation of our guest-facing digital products.

Job Requirements:
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
