Monthly Business Reporting & Executive Ready Insights
- Produce and evolve Monthly Business Reports (MBRs) for digital properties, summarizing key trends, drivers, and recommended actions.
- Build, maintain, and QA recurring dashboards and reporting views (BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics).
- Track and report on KPIs across the guest journey (e.g., discovery → planning → purchase/booking intent actions), including traffic, engagement, conversion indicators, and channel performance.

Behavioral Insights & Experience Diagnostics
- Use monitoring tools to identify friction points via heatmaps, session replay, scroll behavior, and form interactions.
- Support journey and funnel analysis by segmenting audiences and behaviors (new vs. returning, device, channel, geography, resort/product).
- Identify content and UX opportunities based on observed behavior patterns (e.g., drop-off points, rage clicks, excessive scrolling, form abandonment).
