Job Summary

Ski School Support Staff employees work in a fun high paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role has high guest interaction supporting children's programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lesson area lift operations. Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications

• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability - Full Time and Part Time

Job Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on My Epic support to guests in need.
• An aptitude for acquiring skills in user support and an eagerness to learn about My Epic functionality to support guests.
• Safety and security of ski school children
• Execute lunches for all children
• Greet guests and deliver world class service
• Fit guests with ski & snowboard equipment
• Assist instructors with facilitation and completion of the lesson
• Attend to children's basic personal needs
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Strong guest service skills
• Willingness to work both indoors and outside
• Comfortable working with children
• Strong communication skills

Minor Hiring Information 
Minors must be at least 16 years old to apply for this position and they must meet all qualifications and requirements listed above. Please note that if you are a minor hired into this role, you will be restricted to teaching ages 3-14 and will only be permitted to teach lessons in designated beginner areas unless there is an adult instructor present (for example, when co-teaching, acting as a teaching assistant, etc.). Other restrictions may apply as the Company in its sole discretion deems necessary, including but not limited to, policies on guest bathroom breaks and accompanying children ages 3-6 on ski lifts. All other federal, state, and/or local laws and requirements for the employment of minors will apply.  

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.36. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
