Job Summary:
The Bike School Scheduler supports the successful delivery of Bike School programs by managing staffing logistics, guide inventory, and daily scheduling needs. This role works closely with Bike School Supervisors and leadership to balance labour efficiency, sales opportunities, and staff engagement while ensuring clear communication and operational readiness in a fast-paced environment.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.04/hr
- Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026

Job Responsibilities:
- Support program supervisors and leadership in delivering ideal staff-to-program ratios to ensure Bike School programs run efficiently and successfully
- Maintain an accurate inventory of bike guides to maximize sales opportunities while supporting operational efficiency
- Build, adjust, and coordinate daily schedules in response to demand, staffing changes, and operational needs
- Maintain cohesive and consistent communication between all operational stakeholders, with a primary focus on people management
- Stay actively engaged with the Bike School team to understand program needs, staffing challenges, and upcoming requirements
- Adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment, using critical and creative thinking to solve problems in real time
- Use office time effectively to learn systems, collaborate with leadership, and anticipate future staffing and scheduling needs
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee information including availability, certifications, and employment status
- Support a culture of teamwork — throughout the season, assist other departments as operational needs require
- Attend and participate in required meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team while making independent decisions when required
- Ability to remain composed, confident, and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and operational demands
Preferred
- Knowledge of Whistler Blackcomb Bike or Snow School operations
- Familiarity with Bike School programs and offerings
