Job Summary:
To continually strive to exceed our Guest’s expectations, ensuring the highest quality service. Answering guest in-bound calls, emails and in-person inquiries and reservations, responding in a timely manner. Proactively promoting and selling heli-skiing packages, retail and accessories. Overseeing guests checking in, ensuring all required information is captured and updated accordingly. Assisting with daily office operations, monitoring inventory. Handle all inquiries in a professional and competent manner employing a win-win attitude.. Performing other duties as assigned by the Lead Hand or Manager. Opportunities for additional projects and responsibilities can be made available throughout the season. Working out of our village based office, in the Carleton Lodge
Job Specifications:
Starting Wage: $20.80/hr - $25.30/hr
