Job Summary:

Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Product Sales team is no exception in creating this experience of a lifetime. Through facilitating the sale of tickets to our many resort services such as lift passes, lessons, childcare and more, our friendly agents shine as the key to epic adventures for our guests

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $28.43/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: Yes

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner, respond to email enquiries (both internally and externally generated).
  • Social media monitoring and engagement on all channels as needed.
  • Manage Whistler Blackcomb’s daily weather & operational communications including: messaging, composition, recording, and results tracking.
  • Represent and promote Whistler Blackcomb at local tourism focused events such as Inside Scoop.
  • Building and maintaining strong inter-departmental relationships.
  • Provide insights on guest experience by analyzing qualitative/unstructured data and identify areas for improvement: This includes our post-trip survey program, guest services feedback forms, social media channels, and enquiries via our department inbox.
  • Work closely with the PSS leadership team. Coordinate job share’s within the PSS division.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Superior oral and written communication
  • Advanced spreadsheet (excel) skills
  • Familiarity with Whistler and Blackcomb mountains
  • Knowledge of social media channels and ability to speak to Whistler Blackcomb’s audience in that medium.
