Job Summary:

The Passport Clubhouse @Golden Peak is the ultimate in skier convenience. This exlusive private Club is located at the base of the Riva Bahn Express lift at Gold Peak. Members enjoy slope-side parking, locker room facilities, ski valet services, food and beverage services, Club events/activities, and other Club amenities.  

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr  
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026  
  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

The Guest Service Attendants at the Passport Club assist the Clubhouse Manager in almost all aspects of the Passport Club. 

  • Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for members upon Club entry
  • Timely delivery of ski equipment to members upon Club entry
  • Sets up/breaks down daily F&B operations
  • Daily parking garage management
  • Daily use of software programs, including, but not limited to--RPOS (and opening/closing procedures), Jonas (private Club management software)--training will be provided
  • Creating special event invitations/Club bulletin announcements--assisting in selling member activities
  • Club concierge coordination
  • Minor daily house-keeping procedures, paying close attention to the details of the Club in regards to cleanliness/organization
  • Organizes daily tune log and assists members with ski equipment tuning advice
  • Problem solves/resolves member issues within authoritative level--directs bigger issues to upper management
  • Takes initiative and prefers a team-oriented work environment
  • Performs minor Club maintenance as needed/submits work orders with Mountain Services for other maintenance
  • Knows and helps Club Manager manage to Club rules and regulations, including guest policy and Passport Plan
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree from an accredited university
  • Exceptional guest/customer service skills
  • The ability to lift/transport ski equipment for up to eight hours/day
  • Exceptional verbal/written communicative skills (fluent in English)
  • The ability to work a 10-hour shift (the job consists of 4/10-hour shifts per week) and possibly be on your feet for the entire shift

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Sales/POS experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Spanish speaking
  • Detail-oriented, willing to clean/tidy constantly, initiative-taking approach to job
  • Prefers working in an intimate, team-oriented environment

 

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
