This position will create and execute project plans that support strategies for many disciplines, including talent development, succession planning, learning & development, employee recognition, employee engagement, change management, and culture development.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 1 year of experience in human resources, training and development, or a related professional area.OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in human resources, management operations, training and development, or related professional area.
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $26.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
