Job Summary: 

The Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across assigned food and beverage outlets. This role ensures high-quality service, smooth teamwork, and adherence to company standards. The supervisor supports staff, maintains operational efficiency, ensures guest satisfaction, and assists management with administrative and personnel-related tasks. 

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr

  • Employment Type: Year Round  

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available 

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily food & beverage outlet operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. 

  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing areas. 

  • Ensure staff follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance. 

  • Monitor dining rooms for service quality, seating flow, safety, and guest needs. 

  • Maintain organized and clean storage areas and ensure FIFO practices. 

  • Conduct inventories and request necessary supplies. 

  • Submit maintenance work orders when repairs are needed. 

  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees. 

  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security standards. 

  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. 

  • Communicate professionally with guests and team members. 

  • Build positive working relationships and support teamwork. 

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. 

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑coordination skills. 

  • Ability to deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns effectively. 

  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards. 

  • Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality. 

  • Ability to follow safety, security, and company policies. 

  • Ability to read and verify information and inspect equipment for defects. 

  • Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move through confined or elevated spaces. 

  • Ability to bend, twist, climb stairs or ramps, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills. 

 

The expected pay range is $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
