Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across assigned food and beverage outlets. This role ensures high-quality service, smooth teamwork, and adherence to company standards. The supervisor supports staff, maintains operational efficiency, ensures guest satisfaction, and assists management with administrative and personnel-related tasks.

Starting Wage: $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food & beverage outlet operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Manage opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing areas.
Ensure staff follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.
Monitor dining rooms for service quality, seating flow, safety, and guest needs.
Maintain organized and clean storage areas and ensure FIFO practices.
Conduct inventories and request necessary supplies.
Submit maintenance work orders when repairs are needed.
Support hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security standards.
Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Communicate professionally with guests and team members.
Build positive working relationships and support teamwork.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and team‑coordination skills.
Ability to deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns effectively.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to follow safety, security, and company policies.
Ability to read and verify information and inspect equipment for defects.
Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move through confined or elevated spaces.
Ability to bend, twist, climb stairs or ramps, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills.
The expected pay range is $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
