Job Summary:
Public Areas Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Jackson Lake Lodge public spaces in accordance with Vail Resorts/Grand Teton Lodge Company Brand Standards. Attendants are expected to work independently, maintaining a strong attention to detail. Public Areas Attendants regularly interact with guests of the resort and must maintain a polite and professional demeanor.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of Jackson Lake Lodge public spaces in accordance with Vail Resorts/Grand Teton Lodge Company Brand Standards, including, but not limited to, the following:
Hospitality:
You must be committed to superior guest service and quality standards. As a team member of your department you play a key role ensuring the team’s success and achievement of meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations. Our goal is to receive a minimum of 90% on our guest comment scores.
Environmental:
The Grand Teton Lodge Company is entrusted with protecting the environment of Grand Teton National Park. As part of this mission you are responsible for carrying out our core environmental values: promote renewable energy, reduction of waste, protection of wildlife habitat, and environmental education. You should strive to preserve, protect and inspire your team members and our guests to join in this effort.
Health and Safety:
You are responsible for working in a safe and healthy manner. You must be knowledgeable of the company’s work safe policies and procedures.
NPS/Community Relations:
You must be committed to working in partnership with the National Park Service and community organizations to enhance our guests’ experiences. Our goal is to receive only fours and fives on the five point rating scale used by NPS.

The expected pay range is $17.75/hr - $22.32/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
