Job Summary:

Execute a high-quality menu. Learn, work, and train employees on any station required and execute all tasks and duties as described by the Chef. Ensure employees’ work area is kept in a neat, clean, and orderly condition according to federal health policies and standards. You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision, and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies, and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $62,300 
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 
  • Shift Type: Full Time 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Treat your coworkers, kitchen, equipment and the food with respect
  • Maintain an open mind to learning new techniques and products
  • Look ahead at employees prep and ensure the station is set up for the next shift
  • Be receptive to direction from all F&B executive management
  • Keep yourself, your station, tools and kitchen clean and organized at all times
  • Be flexible and adapt to changes in duties and scheduling
  • Work with urgency and effectiveness in all tasks from the beginning to the end of the shift
  • Take ownership of your management role and strive to contribute beyond those responsibilities
  • Finish all job duties and check out with your manager before ending your shif

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous casual fine dining cooking experience
  • Knowledgeable and able to work on a kitchen hot line
  • Previous management experience
  • ServSafe
  • Able to work long hours and varied shifts
  • Food handling knowledge
  • Food costing and accountability

 

Preferred:

  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knife handling skill
  • Able to train proper use of knives to less experience staff
