Job Summary:

This position will oversee the onboarding process and the completion of new employee paperwork while maintaining a 24-48 hour turn around schedule for data entry. This person will maintain candidate/applicant communication, while assisting managers and other personnel with the hiring and onboarding process. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR Front Desk responsibilities including answering multi-line telephone calls, to check and reply to electronic mail, and process incoming mail. 

  • Produce new and replacement Employee ID cards for all employees. 

  • Produce new and replacement nametags for all employees. 

  • Oversee the completion of on-boarding activities that must be done in-person with new employees including, but not limited to, validating work authorization and distribution of pay stubs. 

  • Assist with data entry and HR recordkeeping compliance for Payroll, Training and Onboarding. 

  • General reporting and data management in PeopleSoft, the LIFT, OnBase, SuccessFactors and other local management tools  

  • Work with Corporate People Connect Team to ensure accurate setup and execution of all aspects of payroll deductions including daily audits to check for accuracy of data entry, potential missed entries or errors, etc. 

  • Facilitate updates to and execution of End of Season, Discretionary bonus programs. 

  • Support local communications and events. 

  • Other duties as assigned by Management

  • Previous administrative/office setting, HR or Payroll preferred 

  • Working Excel knowledge and desire to further develop skills 

  • Ability to learn and work comfortably between multiple web-based system user interfaces 

  • Outstanding attention to detail and focus 

  • Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure 

  • Exceptional organizational and process management skills 

  • Unquestionable diligence in maintaining confidentiality 

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent  

  • Previous administrative/office setting, HR or Payroll preferred 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating system 

  • Working knowledge and desire to further develop skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Excel 

  • Ability to learn and work comfortably between multiple web-based system user interfaces 

  • Strong written and verbal English skills 

  • Friendly and outgoing approach.  

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond in different situations. 

  • Outstanding attention to detail and focus 

  • Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure 

  • Exceptional organizational and process management skills 

  • Unquestionable diligence in maintaining confidentiality 

  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft HRIS data entry and reporting 

  • Experience working for a National Park concessionaire

The expected pay range is $19.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
