Culinary Arts Program
Your Experience of a Lifetime starts here ... Take your culinary education to the next level with the Vail Resorts Culinary Arts Program. Our two year rotational program will help you hone your skills in our fast paced kitchens, assist with developing your culinary competence and prepare you for a long term career in culinary leadership.
The Culinary Arts Program consists of rotations in four key areas of resort hospitality: Fine dining, fast casual, casual, and banquets. Candidates must be passionate about the culinary industry, able to relocate during the 2 years (4 rotations), and committed to developing as a leader.
You will gain a strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, menu design, costing analysis, scheduling and develop your leadership skills.
