Job Summary

We have Mechanic positions available position and pay based on experience. Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on all company vehicles and equipment. Diagnose, maintain and repair numerous types of resort equipment to include Snowcats, Trucks, Vans, Buses, Heavy Equipment, Snowmobiles, ATV’s and small equipment. Positive attitude and flexibility are a must. Adheres to occupational, and shop safety standards.


Job Specifications

  • Starting Wage:  $21 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time
  • Skill Level: Entry to Intermediate


Job Responsibilities

  • Gas / Diesel Engine Repair and Diagnosis
  • Drive Train Repair and Diagnosis
  • Electrical Repair and Diagnosis
  • Brake System Repair and Diagnosis
  • Steering and Suspension Repair and Diagnosis
  • Preventative Maintenance on Fleet Vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Candidate should have some vehicle maintenance experience or tech school
  • Must have own tools and be willing to purchase more as necessary
  • Willingness to learn from experienced techs
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Must Have a valid driver’s license / clean DMV record. 
  • Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions (primarily shop but work is often outdoors)
  • Must be willing to work one weekend day in winter and some holidays
  • Must have high school degree or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Follow all shop safety practices and dress code
  • Communicate with department heads and employees regarding equipment problems and repair
  • Document all work done and parts on work orders


As a Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic, it is your responsibility to execute our safety best practices to the best of your ability, as well as maintain a friendly and positive attitude every day, with all guests and employees. We are an internal based guest service department we want to make sure we leave our customers with a positive experience.





The budgeted range starts at $21 - $23.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
