Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Ski Patrol oversees all aspects of the Stowe Ski Patrol department. This includes staffing, training, budgeting, scheduling, interdepartmental relations, and guest service. The Senior Manager of Ski Patrol is responsible for ensuring the safety of our on-mountain guests and employees. Overseeing medical aid, rope rescue, and lift evacuations. In addition, this job requires oversight of summertime first aid during attraction operations and working with the summer trails maintenance department on improving trails and signage. This job requires strong leadership qualities, creative problem solving and building a welcoming team culture.

Job Requirements:
High school education or equivalent, some college preferred
7 to 10 years ski patrol experience
5 years or more experience in a leadership role
Valid Vermont driver’s license, EMT, CPR, and Vermont EMS Certification License (Preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Strong communication skills including verbal & written
Strong financial management ability
Advanced skiing/riding ability, must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (winter/summer)
Positive, solutions oriented leadership
The expected pay range is $66,100 - $87,110 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
