Job Summary: 

The Team Lead Base area Operations will support the grounds and parking operations in a 10 Month full time year-round capacity.  This role will be responsible for training and leading parking team staff (winter) and participating in grounds operations (summer),

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.04 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round 10 Month

  • Skill Level: Advanced 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Working in coordination with the supervisor and senior manager of base area operations to support grounds and parking operations
  • Focus on summertime gardening and flower presentations resort wide
  • Effectively communicate daily operation plans and adapt to changes with operational need.
  • Participate in safety management of base area team
  • Lead a team of seasonal parking staff in winter resort operations
  • Assist in snow and waste stream removal as needed
  • Assist with resort maintenance tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • High School 

  • Knowledge of resort area operations and grounds work

  • 1 year experience leading a team

  • Valid U.S. Drivers License 

  • Microsoft Office, Internet, ability to adapt to changing workplace programs 

  • Ability to communicate in English

  • Able to operate equipment 

  • Leadership aptitude 

 

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $23.04. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
