Job Summary
Come help tackle IT challenges in a high energy, fast paced environment by becoming an Information Technology Manager for Vail resorts. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who can motivate, support, and develop staff who each have varying skillsets. This position will engage in core service management functions such as hiring, procurement, process optimization, and support ticket management. A successful candidate will also be able to manage stakeholder relationships as they communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with IT and Mountain leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive attitude while solving IT challenges, enjoying the benefits of working for a ski company and having fun in a manner that encourages coworkers to do the same.
Build and lead a small team of technology professionals in an effort to accomplish goals and encourage continuous growth and development.
Coordinate support for the local resort(s), managing to established services levels and coordinating with local business leaders.
Own local enterprise infrastructure technology environment by maintaining asset inventory, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring accuracy of documentation.
Manage infrastructure expenses against established budgets.
Suggest and support implementation of new ideas for improving user support and the guest experience.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including both IT leaders and mountain leaders
Coordinate and collaborate with local and regional leaders to improve processes, deliver service, complete projects, and act on key initiatives.
Job Requirements
Should be able to work a schedule that can include weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $68,545 - $85,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
