Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate that is positive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and can lead a quality staff. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Pennsylvania’s Outdoor Adventure Headquarters, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Inc. The Lead Electrician and coordinates activities of Electricians engaged in construction, maintenance, and repair of electric power, lighting, and communication systems of buildings, factories, and transportation equipment.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $23.33/hr - $39.66/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Plans wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures such as motors, generators, switches, circuit breakers, and fuse boxes.
- Inspects wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Maintains time and production records.
- Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.
- Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
- Sets up machines and equipment.
- Performs activities of workers supervised.
- Assists other Maintenance Departments as required
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with vocational background; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to operate snowmobiles and four-wheelers on rough terrain and slopes.
- Ability to operate boom truck and safety harness.
- Ability to shovel snow during winter ski season.
- Ability to rotate to hotel maintenance when required.
- Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License with a good driving record.
- Certification to operate Gradall Fork Lift.*

The expected pay range is $23.33/hr - $39.66/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
