The Rental Delivery Specialist is a critical part of Vail’s Retail and Rental team, delivering a world-class snow sports rental experience to guests in an innovative, safe way!

YOUR DAY:

• Work autonomously, coordinating and delivering rental gear to guests in local hotels
• Coach guests on how to use their new-to-them gear to have the best experience on the Mountain
• Act as a high-profile ambassador of Vail Resorts providing friendly support and insightful advice to guests from across the country and around the world
• Think on your feet to help problem solve on-the-spot challenges to deliver superior solutions to guests
• Handle, accurate daily cash-outs
• Keep the workspace spotless, clean and efficient so you can do what you do best - deliver world class customer service to guests
• Help out your team and other departments when needed!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

• Must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory motor vehicle record; able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Excellent customer service, organization, ability to learn new skills on the job
• Proficient in MS Office Products; Excel & Word
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays - shifts available!
• Previous sales or guest service-related experience- highly preferred

Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check.
