As an All Resort Specialist you are seeking fun and adventure, while aligning who you are with what you do. You will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment, whether you are here for a season or looking to launch a career with Vail Resorts.   

 

Do you want to learn it all? Do you like variety? As an All Resort Specialist you will train and work in multiple roles across multiple departments here at Park City Mountain. You will be a member of a specialized team that uses their refined skillset to strategically fill the resorts labor demand. This job is perfect for people seeking to further their understanding of ski resort operations or prefer a dynamic engaging work experience. No experience required.

 

As an entry level, All Resort Specialist you will be trained and work in the following departments

  • Lift Operations
  • Mountain Activates
  • Ticket Scanning
  • Retail/ Rentals
  • Product, Sales and Services
  • Base Operations/ Parking
  • Food & Beverage 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Required- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays 
  • Required- Willingness to train and work in multiple departments.
  • Required- Willingness to work 35 to 40+ hours per week (full-time)
  • Required- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors
  • Preferred- Ability to communicate effectively in English. 
  • Required- Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Required- Ability to stand without sitting for extended periods of time 
  • Required- Must be 18
  • Required- Ability to learn to operate a ski lift, load and unload guests on a ski lift, direct guests through lift lines, and maintain ramp conditions in all areas in varying types of weather
  • Required- Ability to ride a chairlift as a passenger
