Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:

Provide leadership, direction and management for the Park City Mountain Parking department which operates out of two villages. Help oversee a team that directs cars into and out of the parking lots, drives shuttles to pick up guests and employees. Promote an environment which reflects the company’s mission, values and service mantra. 

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $52,000 - $60,905
  • Employment Type: Year Round  
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Parking, Transportation and Traffic Control team
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external guest issues, requests, and concerns.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a prompt, professional manner recognizing these situations may be traumatic and / or stressful.
  • Work with manager to report and fix any unsafe areas in the parking lots.
  • Build, maintain and develop a strong team of individuals committed to guest service and safety.
  • Exhibit a high degree of independent responsibility in management of time and behaviors.
  • Partner with operation managers in the development and maintenance of training programs and standards for emergency situations.
  • Develop and focus on department specific policies and procedure guidelines as well as corporate standards related to Health and Safety. 
  • Connect the team to training and resources needed to schedule their shifts, clock in and out, and attend required trainings.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with all departments throughout our company and community partners to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Promote a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment.
  • Foster a culture of innovations within your department and the larger Base Experience team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year in a role providing Guest Service
  • One year working in a role leading others
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, email and internet usage
  • English, read-write-speak
  • Current Drivers license and able to pass the resorts Driver Spatial Awareness test.
  • Elevating Guests and Employees Experience

 

The expected pay range is $52,000 - $60,905. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
