The primary function of this role is to be the employee housing lead for the resort, which includes the successful management of resort-controlled employee housing and assisting employees in securing housing in the community for the winter season.  Housing is a major component of the employee experience, and this role will be accountable for ensuring a great housing experience for each employee.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Maintaining accurate information about resort-controlled employee housing and available housing in the community 
  • Managing room assignments, check in/out, rent collection, and periodic housing inspections
  • Coordinating with building maintenance and HR as needed
  • Engaging with employees and managers to ensure a safe and enjoyable housing experience
  • Operating the housing portfolio within the designated budget (revenue and expenses)




  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency



  •  Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Hospitality or student housing experience
  • Budget management experience
