Job Summary:

The Manager of Product Sales and Scan (PSS) is responsible for leading the resort’s front-line sales operations, including lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and other guest-facing products. This role ensures operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development across all PSS touchpoints. The manager will oversee staffing, training, performance management, and service delivery, while driving revenue through effective sales strategies and data-driven decision-making.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $43,888.00 - $65,575.78 + annual bonus
  • Employment Type: Year Round
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Hire, train, and manage seasonal and year-round PSS staff.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
  • Create and manage staff schedules using workforce management tools.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

 

Sales & Guest Experience

  • Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of Epic Service across all guest interactions.
  • Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain professional standards in guest-facing areas, including signage and cleanliness.

 

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations of ticket offices and sales locations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate financial transactions and data collection.
  • Collaborate with resort leadership to align PSS strategy with broader business goals.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or resort operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with POS systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

 

The expected pay range is $43,888.00 - $65,575.78 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
