Job Summary:
A people and business leader of two store locations including Performance Demos (Winter Ski/Board Rentals & Summer Bike Rentals) as well as our Showcase snowboard store. Responsible for maximum profitability and productivity. Implements and maintain company policies for stores within an area. Conducts recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and appraisals of store positions. Establishes store level expectations and guidelines.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $68,640.00 - $73,000 + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations and performance maintaining up to date knowledge of products and trends to forecast future performance and stores needs
- Manage operational budget striving to achieve and exceed store contribution budget
- Recruit, hire, train and develop leaders within organization
- Create a rewarding environment; generate a team atmosphere
- Oversee all store operations in assigned area on a daily basis
- Be a role model and administer company policies and procedures
- Review and document employee performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition or correction action if necessary
- Partner with leadership to gather feedback and input on store performance, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition by management
- Other duties as assigned, including specialty areas like merchandising and rentals

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment

- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
The expected pay range is $68,640.00 - $73,000 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
