We’re looking for an experienced food and beverage leader to take the helm, build an exceptional team, and create the kind of guest experience people remember long after they have left the mountain.

As General Manager, you will lead a team of 50+ employees with real autonomy, partner closely with resort leadership, and make a visible impact on both the employee and guest experience. You’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations at the Lodge at Big Springs — from service quality and food safety to labor planning, financial performance, and team development. With 50+ employees depending on your leadership, you will set the tone for how the team works together and how guests feel when they walk through the door.

The expected pay range is $72,000.00 - $76,000.00 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
