Job Summary

The Administrative assistant will provide administrative support Northstar Mountain team and employees. This is an integral role and will require the candidate to be well organized with excellent time management skills. We are seeking highly motivated candidates who understand how to take initiative and have the ability to act professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times. 

 

Job Specifications:  

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.49
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time, Year Round
  • Skill Level: Entry, Intermediate

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating effectively with homeowners, guests, employees and managers in a positive, productive and efficient manner.

  • Presenting a positive, welcoming environment in the Resort Property Management Administration office.
  • Answering phones promptly and professionally, and directing callers to the correct destination, and following up on any calls and emails related to Property Management that need to be examined further.
  • Checking email regularly throughout the day to ensure prompt attention to immediate issues.
  • Providing strong team support by assisting Community Association Managers with meeting packet organization, HOA website updates, change forms, email blasts and any other administrative assistance.
  • Assisting with condo lost and found items by reaching out to Housekeeping Managers regarding the status of the lost items and following up with the owners and guests.
  • Stimulating professional development through on-going training classes and cross training opportunities.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with LMS and Asgard preferred, but not required.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to owners, guests, managers and other employees of the organization.
  • Attention to detail, multitask oriented, professional mannerism, self-motivated, proactive, highly organized.

 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $24.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
